Right across the street are the (usually) calm warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Miles and miles of soft white sandy beach and sunshine were the original attractions that drew people here and that continues today. The beach is right across the street from the Holiday Court. You can head over for a few minutes or stay all day. No need to drive or worry about parking.
The rear of the property is right on a lagoon leading out to the bay behind Estero lsland. You can bring your own boat which is a great convenience. All the villas and suites have kitchens but if you prefer to grill we have some free to use outside near the bay. Picnic tables are available so you can enjoy the scenery while you eat or enjoy a cold beverage.
If you prefer someone else to do the cooking for you while on vacation there are many types of restaurants within walking distance or you can hop on the local trolley (for a buck) which travels along the beach to find even more options. Our heated pool overlooks the bay and gives you an alternative to the beach. It is centrally located and partially shaded in late afternoon. Shopping, nightlife, and activities are found at nearby Times Square. You also can fish or sightsee from the pier, or stop at a booth to sign up for a fishing charter, dolphin tour, kayak, or Segway rental.

We have free laundry facilities on site and for your convenience it is open 24 hours a day. There are ongoing events such as the Shrimp Festival, Pirate Festival, Sand Sculpture Contest, and other activities like nature walks and bird watching tours.
